5 online sessions | session length: 2 hours, total of 10 hours
About the Course
2024 is a great time to scale up your team’s Demand Planning skills since forecasting has become more and more challenging those days.
The workshop will be covering many use-cases, connecting solid theory to practical real-life examples. We will learn the key challenges of having an accurate forecast, the key drivers for demand, and how we could use data analytics to predict demand, including new products, promotions and other events.
We will review some of the key statistical forecasts relevant for trend, level or seasonality, providing the planning team a deep understanding of which model should be best applied.
We will also share some industry benchmarks and find improvement opportunities through the industry case studies sharing. We will learn how to generate an optimal demand plan, using a structured and proven process, with practical tools that consolidate multiple demand sources into a Consensus Forecast, which will be the organization’s “single source of truth”.
